Does anyone know what this mean?

I placed a service request on May1st- USCIS response was to wait for 60 days which was july 2nd. Still no word.

So i placed another service request and this is the response....

I am sooooooo frustrated!!!!

The status of this service request is:

Processing times for specific applications and petitions at the Vermont Service Center (VSC) are provided on the www.uscis.gov website and are updated weekly. Based on fluctuations and variables that impact the processing times and for the purpose of interim or final adjudicative processing, the VSC allows 90 days beyond the posted date before the case is considered "Outside of Normal Processing Time" (ONPT).

An additional 90 days must be allowed for adjudicative review and processing before we can request expeditious processing based on an ONPT request. If the application or petition is still pending after 90 days, and once we receive your formal request for expeditious processing, your case will be forwarded to the applicable adjudicative unit for expeditious handling.

If you have any further questions, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.

you may have to contact your state congressman or state sen ator in you area.

We did the senator thing for K-1, also. They seemed to be helpful, as our petition started moving then.

I would also try calling the service center again, as you said.

I can't believe you are still waiting :o

NOA2 is not a term that USCIS uses, might have confused him ??

Anyway from the USCIS website, contact us page...

If you contacted the National Customer Service Center with a case-related inquiry and more than 30 days have passed and you have not received a response, you may email the appropriate USCIS Service Center with your inquiry:

Vermont Service Center: vsc.ncscfollowup@dhs.gov

If you do not receive a response within 21 days of contacting the Service Center, you may contact the USCIS Headquarters Office of Service Center Operations by email at SCOPSSCATA@dhs.gov

I would be emailing both these and calling them too.

Have you tried contacting a congressman yet??

Good luck!!
