Wonderful news, congrats :thumbs::dance::thumbs:

I-129F

July of 2010: We met in Eritrean when I was on vacation.

August of 2010: Returned to U.S and we spoke on the phone everyday and still do (very costly).

December of 2010 to January 2011: went back to Eritrea to see him.

January 11, 2011- Engaged.

March 2, 2011: I-129F sent

March 13, 2012: Second interview. Placed on Administrative Processing.

October 16, 2012: Case sent back to USCIS

November 16, 2012 Case reaffirmed and sent back to the Department of State (according to the USCIS SITE)

November 28, 2012 Vermont Service Center received Petition back from Embassy.

March 2013- Returned K1 validity expired. Here we go again.... !

I-130

March 15, 2013 Married

April 29, 2013 Filed I-130

May 2, 2013: Received NOA1 via text/email

May 6, 2013: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail

XX- XX, 2013: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!

XX- XX, 2013: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail

XX- X, 2013: NVC received file

XX- X, 2013: NVC case number assigned

My fiancee just called from onboard her flight from Manila to here... we are SO excited! As she was talking, I heard the flight attendant say "we are cleared for take-off" and we had to end the call.

I am always curious what they ask at the POE. What city will she come through customs?

K1 Process -

1/30/12 - I-129F sent

2/2/12 - NOA1 Received (CSC)

2/3/12 - Visa App Fee Check Cashed

6/18/12 - NOA2 Email Received at 9PM MST

6/22/12 - NOA2 Letter Received in Mail

7/11/12 - NVC Received

7/13/12 - NVC Sent Case to Moldova Embassy

7/18/12 - Packet 3 dropped off to Embassy

7/19/12 - Packet 3 & 4 Instructions Received from Embassy

7/23/12 - Medical Exam Passed

7/27/12 - Interview

8/4/12 - POE Denver, CO

9/14/12 - Wedding #1 (Denver Courthouse)

9/17/12 - AOS/EAD sent

9/19/12 - AOS/EAD NOA1

10/23/12 - Biometrics

1/16/23 - AOS Interview

6/15/13 - Wedding #2 (Colorado)

6/22/13 - Wedding #3 (Moldova)

Congrats. My fiancée also just boarded her flight about 20 minutes ago. The next 8 hours will be my last hours alone. And I'm nursing a massive hangover from my bachelor party last night hahaha.

And congrats to you as well.

My fiancee just landed in NY a few minutes ago! Her final layover starts now and then she begins her last leg down here to me.

May your visa journey be smooth and speedy.

27 hours from now, she'll be here! Dunno if I'll be able to sleep tonight or not, but I sure have a lot of house cleaning left to do tomorrow! :rofl:

Aww just thinking about how excited you must be makes me want to cry! I am so happy for you. Congratulations!!

09-04-2013: EAD/AP Approved! (Even though it no longer matters because GC was approved the day before)

09-09-2013: Green Card mailed out via USPS 2-Day Air

09-11-2013: Received 2 Year Conditional Green Card in the Mail

Hi regarding the POE.. mine was at Washington DC. Customs didn't ask anything. They just asked for my Yellow sealed envelope and passport.. then they did fingerprinting.. and less than 3minutes, i'm done. got my baggage and saw my Fiance outside the arrival area, w/flowers and chocolates on his hands =)) Feels so good to finally be w/the one you love! =D

My fiancee just called me from JFK and said that all went well through immigration and customs. Very smooth. Only about a 20 minute wait while they processed other folks.

Her final leg starts in less than 2 hours. I'm a happy man!
