Hi there I am more or less new to the site. I have a question. I am starting to worry about my application. I am in Argentina. My wife and I were married almost 2 months ago........and the I-130 was sent a month ago. I sent all of the information and forms to my parents........who forwarded the package via US mail to Chicago. They used a confirmed delivery.....and the package was signed for. It has now been a month and we havnt recieved the 1st NOA. The check hasnt been cashed either. I dont know if we should be worried or not. I am begining to become super jealous of the people who had luck to recieve the visa in a month.....They havnt even looked at mine in a month. I used Argentina Addresses on the I-30, that supposedly helps it go faster no? I have been living here for 2 years now....and it would be good to go home, but I cant leave my wife here. I would miss her just a little too much.

So I was reading in the post"USC petitioner living abroad Survey to understand the "auto-expedited" queue better!" and I am super anxious now for my case. I should qualify. I sent all the documents with adresses from Argentina......I have been living here for 2 years and there is no DCF. I sure hope so. I still want to know why it is taking so long for the 1st NOA.
