I know how to fill in the blanks but on the questions of assets how do you prove the value of the property are tax papers enough,do you need an appraisal? When the co-sponsor uses assets must they also include bank statements ? What supporting documents are needed to go with the I -864 please anyone who has done this tell me how you did it with a co-sponsor. Thanks a million !!!!!

the sponser and the cosponser only have to show that they have made 125% of the poverty guide line no more no less so if your income is more then the 125% for the number of people you are sponsering then there is no need to fill out the assets

part of the i864 if you need a cosponser and he/she makes more then the 125% again they don't need to show assets , if for some reason you can't find someone to sponser that makes enough to sponser on his/her income then you need to fill out

that portion .

Congrats on the NOA2 :) Now that you have your NOA2 you will soon be receiving package 3 from the Cairo embassy. The affidavit of support in the package will be the I-134, you will fill this out and if you need a co sponsor they will fill it out and add the required documents with those. Include At least 2 years tax returns with W-2's, ( if you're sending transcripts you dont need the W-2's) include a few recent pay stubs. If you or your Co sponsor want to include assets you can do that, Our CS and I went to the tax GIS Map for our county and printed off the owned properties to show real estate value. We did this for the I-134 and the I-864 (the I-864 to adjust status after my husband arrived) The CS included a copy of his passport. remember to have your CS sign and date the form and you do this too. Here's more info that you can take a look at

and still send tax transcripts? yes, if you filed a tax return.. if you had No Income you send the I-134 with a letter of explaination of why you didn't have income
