Mine is an arranged marriage and i have filed for the visa right after the marriage in 15 days and i didnt even think about the evidence while applying for I130.

My priority date is Feb 13th and received NOA1 Feb 15th. I still havent received any kinda of communication back from USCIS. I am touching the 5 months deadline in about 10 days and starting to get worried.

And i dont know what kind of evidence i can provide incase they ask for further evidence. Please advice.

If they ask, I assume you can send pictures?

I also assume you sent your marriage certificate, yes?

Some cases get approved with minimal evidence, some the bar is set higher

Good luck

If they ask, I assume you can send pictures? Yeah i have plenty of pictures to prove my marriage.

I also assume you sent your marriage certificate, yes? Yes i already included the Marriage Certificate with the I 130 filing. Hope that is enough and let me slide.

Some cases get approved with minimal evidence, some the bar is set higher(hope the bar not set very high)

Good luck... Thanks

** moving from CR-1 Progress Report to CR-1 Procedures ****

No need to worry unless it's been more than 6 months. Assuming you sent the marriage cert, it is very possible that they will approve the petition and you can just bring the other bonafide evidence to the interview.
