The organizer of the event, Rev. William C. Collier says that his Church of God's Chosen (Christian Identity Ministries) is not a hate group but adds that he believes "the white race is God's chosen people."

I wonder if he's aware that MOST people know that the Jews are God's chosen people?

Wait a minute, are you expecting me to believe all these people from the North sent their sons to die to end slavery. They provided freedom riders and volunteer educators and voted for all these laws to ensure equality and you cant point to one state or major city as an example of how people flourish when treated equally and with respect.....that people are willing to die for Blacks but even a hundred years later they want to keep them down?

When we consider everywhere in the north and on out west ... not one shinning example we can build upon?

Okay, lets say I buy that..... you never addressed the fundamental question.: why are Blacks in areas which have a history with the most bigotry and oppression no worse off in these standardized tests?

I've already told him that Mississippi has the worst ranked education system in the country, regardless of the race, it is the worst. It has the highest rate of poverty in the country too. I don't see what his point is other than his biased agenda that constantly pops up in every thread. Same for Run Herschel Run, ignored the facts and instead spreads propaganda.

It means that their test scores are lower than other states... Is there a reason you can't grasp this? I have provided links to these facts. The education system in Mississippi consists of elementary, middle, and high schools as well as boarding schools, public and private schools, and colleges and universities.

Mississippi has a reputation of having the lowest ranked education system in the United States. In 2008, Mississippi ranked last in academic achievement by the American Legislative Exchange Council's Report Card on Education with the lowest average ACT score and the 6th lowest spending per pupil in the nation.
