Supposedly we all get investigated (background checks) thats why it takes so long before your noa2 according to uscis.

And also, sometimes before the interview, they may even check around for social networks and things like that. This is not 100% accurate, but I have heard that they do their research thoroughly, even if it means checking on the web. They look at the original packet you send in to USCIS, and they also look at this when making a decision, I know this because while I was at my interview, the officer who interviewed got the original I-129F package I sent in December with all the pictures and evidence. He looked at those pictures as well and sent them with the passports after the interview.

i heard from a friend who's fiance lives in spain that they went around his house asking neighbors about him and his fiance...im am not worry just found it different.

So they say everyone has to go through background checks the USC and the outsider, They do this because they want to make sure you have NOT committed a crime of some sort. Also from stores I've heard from back in the days from my parents as well and a rent friend who want through the same process we are the picture, that most of us send out with out packages, they send "immigration agent" to the address that was giving on where our SO live and start asking around, if they know the person and if they indeed live in the area. Some even asked question about the wife/fiances if they actually do have on going relationships etc... My friend want threw this herself. I don't how often they do this or in the time of case this is done, but it happens.

All I can say is no ay gente mas mala que el dominicano, as we speak, That why with this whole process you have to keep thing to yourself, and not TRUST nobody cause jealousy is a BIG thing especially in DR when they see one of the "guys" who now is dating an "Americano" lol... tu sabe que yo son rapido pa habla lo que no le convine...

So don't worry about that too much, is very rare you see that happening.....ayyy lol lol

por eso estaba preguntando, por que yo soy bien privada con lo mio por los envidioso y eso de que uscis va preguntando por los vesindario como que no va conmigo...y eso que quien me lo comento no sabe que yo estoy en este proceso porque tampoco se lo he comentado a nadie solo a la familia de mi prometido

I know, Pero tu sabe como es, as soon as they see you going over there ellos estan mas pendiente de la vida de uno q unos mismo. I was over there en mayo y vino uno dique ya manao te va pa nueva york, yo le de esta mirada a es muchacho, omg!! My husband was like pero ven aca eso no son probelma tuyo si me voy o no.

And plus you know people suspect that automatically that you start traveling back and forth is b/c ya esta en processo de papeles, yo te digo....

jjajaja Lo dicen y no lo saben. Mientras menos sepan mejor es. Los envidosos que hay muchos que se queden con sus malas vibras para aya.

cuando me preguntan yo le digo que el no se quiere mudar porque tiene a los 2 nenes y su mama aca mas el tambien tiene un buen trabajo...le digo que yo estoy guardando un dinero para mudarme para aca..jajajajaja

JAJAJAJA!!! That's OUR same answer, Ayy no el me va a compra una casa ay y el no va dejar su trabajo bueno que tiene para pasar trabajo en un paiz que no es del...lol... Por lo meno yo habla, y escribo el espanol donde aqui me puedan dar trabajo rapido...lol...... Se quedan callajado.... lol.... Pa que no jodan!!!

JAJAJAJAJAJ that's right....yo le digo que es mas facil para mi encontrar trabajo aca porque soy bilingue y que estoy graduada de justicia criminal y para el aprender el ingles es mas complicado. But i love America and wont change it for nothing in this world!!!

KUAKUAKUAHAHAHA YO PENSABE que era yo la unica con to eto lios de chismoso. Mi miedo es que vallan a investigar y preguntarle a los vecinos envidioso. Y que cuando viene a ver solo por asernos la maldad digan que es por negocios que estamos casados. Yo espero en dios y que no investiguen en mi town porque me la vere en china
