Received RFE after I-797 approval notice

Hi,

I received an RFE about two weeks after I received my I-797 approval notice saying I was approved, I am deemed a lawful resident and my green card was being printed. The RFE was dated after the approval notice. Do I have to respond to it? Should I wait a few weeks to see if my green card arrives (I have about 90 days to respond to RFE).

Based on this approval notice and RFE, what is my status? Lawful resident with conditions, lawful resident without conditions, or something else?

I think the right thing to do is to reply to the RFE even if u received the green card.

Something is off. If you were really approved, no need for more information. I would call the USCIS helpline to see what is going on.

If you call USCIS, make sure you ask for a Tier 2 officer.

You can also schedule an infopass.

Interview: May 10th, 2022 - Interview De-Scheduled

Interview rescheduled on May 11th, 2022

New Interview: Jun 27th, 2022 - Approved 🥳

Oath Ceremony: July 14th, 2022
