I am a US Citizen and my Fiancee is a citizen of the Philippine Republic. Although she has never been married, she thinks I need to include proof of her non-married status in the I-129 packet. My interpretation of the guidelines is that this kind of document is not required for her during the petition process unless she has been married in the past.

Regarding my Filipino fiancee, the I-129 packet will only include her glossy passport size photo, her signed letter of intent, and her signed G-325A.

Are there any other documents I need from her for the petition packet?

Hello! Congrats on your engagement! My fiance is from Haiti but the petition process is the same for all. I was approved in 7 days from NOA2 with no RFE so I hope I can help.

You DO NOT have to provide any non marital status proof. They can see this when they do the background check. Just check Single. Yes that is all she needs to include. And it is good to include some evidence of the relationship even though it is not required. I gave facebook pages, phone records, my wedding dress receipt and letters from my mom and grandmother.

HOPE THIS HELPS!!!! :)

Correct you will not need CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage Record) this early in the process. Assuming that your petition is approved it will be needed later in the proces.

You seem to understand what is needed, just follow the guide here http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

Good luck!
