Im so sorry to hear about that,we went trough the same than u.my fiance had his interview on april 9/2012 and got a 221g without any explanation the co just told him yourcase wlll be send back to uscis.i used my congressman and they monitored us case and they finally sent me a letter after two months, just telling me that my case was asigned to an officer in uscis fo review.but the bad thing was that my case is expired.so there is nothing to do in k1.we are planning to get marry and then fill i130.so try that u congressman get involved and makes an inquiry.because your case for sure is expired.so u need to move to another option to be with your love.and for that u need to finish your k1.have a good luck.and never give up

I'm sorry to hear your fiance got a 221(g), i was given the 221(g) as well (my interview as 3 days ago), the consular officer told me that they're gonna call me to let me know, did the consular officer say the same thing to your fiance? and by the way my 221(g) does not have anything saying that my petition is returning to the USCIS for review, i can send you the copy of my 221(g) and i'd like to compare mine with yours.

P.S I am through CR-1, visa
