I already paid the 88.00 fee for the AOS. I have a question :help:

I have 2 kids with my current husband (the petitioner, they are american citizens)

I have 2 older kids (15 and 13) from my previous marriage

We only started my residency papers right now and planning to start theirs once we are in USA (we all have tourist visa)

I would like to know if my husband has to apply for a family of 6 or 4 (he, me and the 2 little ones), the older will finish school here in Dominican Republic, so they are not moving yet

Thanks

This AOS question refers to Affidavit of Support (I think), not Adjustment of Status. It was incorrectly moved :) Hopefully it gets moved back.

Your post is a bit confusing. You cannot use a tourist visa to move to the US. What process are you trying to do exactly? You seem to be doing something with the NVC (paid $88 Affidavit fee).

I am waiting for my residency papers in my country (Dominican Republic) not in the US

My question is about Affidavit of support

Should he apply for 6 or 4 (my older kids are not applying right now for residency papers, ONLY me, and his 2 kids with me are american citizens already(

We will start the process of my older kids (13 and 15) later, not now

Sorry! 'AOS' on this forum almost exclusively refers to 'Adjustment of Status'. I'm glad this had been cleared up.
