I filed an i485 CAA in october i went all the way to the interview and got denied because i did not meet all the requirements

I now meet all the requirements and have filed another i485 CAA that is now pending my question is can i use the ead that i received from the previous

application if it is valid through dec 2012?

Im scared that if i work with it and get to the interview they will say something about it.
