Hello guys, was wondering do I need to send any evidence of our relationship when filing for the AOS?

No. It will be needed for an interview, however, if you end up having one. Not all K1s do (assuming you came in on a K1, your profile does not say)

To the interview you can bring,

1. Affidavits (letters) from your relatives.

2. Insurance (car, health...) is also a proof if you must know.

3. Sign new cell phone contract together. Another bill.

4. Lease of the house.

5. Joint bank account, bank statements.

6. Credit Card.

No, the only evidence you need to send in about your marriage/relationship is the copy of your certified marriage certificate.

No - IF you are adjusting from k-1. If you are adjusting from any other visa then YES.
