I had a relationship in the Philippines with a young lady. Ended it. Turns out we made a baby. Doing the right thing, sending money. We both agree she would be better off with me being raised in the USA. I know that I have to prove paternity with a DNA test. I really have no desire to keep traveling back and forth to the PI so let me ask... Is there a way that we can get her paperwork processed without me being there? and is there a way we can to the DNA test with myself in the USA? Thanks in advance.

For DNA TEST : you would need to look for a Lab doing this specific test and ask them what they need for the test. usually, its hair strands from the baby and the father, or the chick cells from the baby and the father. But if you going to do it in your state i dont think the chick cell will last the time travel from Philippines to your state.

Papers processing: of course you can do the papers with out you travelling to Philippines. But there are papers that she need to sign and most probably she can send it to you via mail. and then you file it to USCIS lock box.
