You forgot to mention Darren's constant posting of misinformation, his serial stereotyping, not to mention all of the other BS he's been posting since he's been on VJ. According to iraqvet, we should accept Darren's poor behavior in silence because it makes Darren happy, and Darren is the only one who should enjoy himself here on VJ. Such logic!

Excellent point and yes I forgot some info, but I was kinda getting nervous writing more as I didn't want to wake up tonight with the moo moo looking in my window with a 50cal...

Congratulations on Princess Rose making it safely to this side of the world.

That said, do not disregard everything your wife does when taking care of PR. I say this because what I 'know' of you seems to say that you either look down on the ways of the Philippines or that 'my way' (or the American way) is the best/only way things should be done. I'm sure half of the things Gretchen/her family may recommend is total BS but the other half will make sense as long as you sit and think why this will be beneficial to PR. Yes you have dealt with babies before but this is Gretchen's first child, let her make mistakes (non life threatening/not detrimental in the babes development) because this is a learning experience. Remember that this baby is as much hers as she is yours and if you're selfish in raising your shared kids, your wife will have one more reason to resent you. If you aren't comfortable about something your wife may want to do with the baby simply Google the problem or post the question here so other Filipinas/their husbands can help but please state your query without portraying your wife with lack of respect, as unintelligent or foolish.

Lastly, please allow Gretch to feed Princess Rose (when at appropriate age) food from the Asian Market.

did Gretchen take any 'new mommy' training whilst she was in the hospital? I think it's worth paying the extra monies, and usually a phils nurse can be asked to come in.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Mmmm, am glad we have an Asian Market here in Knoxville, Tennessee. It is like stepping into another world for me. Our son sure likes it too!

Lastly, please allow Gretch to feed Princess Rose (when at appropriate age) food from the Asian Market.
