Proof of Relationship

I'm putting together the package for the I-129F, and I just have one question. Should I be 100% honest with everything everything? I have been living with my fiancé in Europe for the last year on an expired 90 travel visa. I'm going home really soon and going to mail it off ASAP. Will the US care about that in terms of getting the visa for my fiancé? Or will they take a "not our problem" approach? I ask because I have a ton of photos and receipts and bank statements and stuff from our time here together. I would hope they won't care, or won't think anything about it, but I just hope my overstaying my time in Spain won't make her look bad or anything negative. I just did it to be with her!

By the way, I'm not trying to withhold anything or lie, but I would simply look for other types of evidence to prove our relationship.

Thanks!

The will not care about your status there. THe only thing USCIS cares about is meeting within last 2 years, it is embassy who will require proof of ongoing relationship.

I am somewhat confused you said you overstayed in Spain but your country says Columbia. So where your fiancee will get interviewed. Is she legal in Spain? if not she will have to go to interview in Bogota.

"the truth will set you free" so yep have to be honest with everything and also from what i read the issue of overstaying in a different country is with that of the beneficiary and not the USC :)
