Hello members.. I have i-130 pending for my wife...any day now....question-- I am u.s citizen, do I need to summit my court and prison records and any arm forced records to NVC??? Or is it just for the coming party. Pls help. I'm trying to get everything together...thanks

No, only the beneficiary have to submit this information.

During NVC phase, ONLY applicant( Beneficiary)has to submit his/her Police report ( record)

No, only the beneficiary have to submit this information.

This is correct BECAUSE, USCIS has already done their own "police report" for the petitioner.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
