My fiancee and her son were approved at the visa interview on June 26th but she still hasn't received their visas. We were told to expect them in 3-5 business days. It's now been 7 business days and nothing!

She's met other people who were approved on the same day as her and they have already received their visas and departed for the US. And one guy she met today who was approved on June 13th, got the visa on June 17th and is now ready to fly. Hmmm.. he got a text from 2Go on a Sunday? Is that typical, or even accurate?

We're both stressed and she's very worried that "something's wrong" because it's taking so long. I'm thinking that her visa stuff is just sitting in somebody's inbox who took vacation during this holiday week. No matter what it is, we're both very stressed and she's "stranded" in Manila while waiting. The weekend is fast approaching and she's worrying more about continued delay.

Any ideas, folks?

May your visa journey be smooth and speedy.

I just got off the phone with USEM and they said that as of today that their visas have been forwarded to 2Go and that my fiancee should now contact them for pickup. Keeping my fingers crossed that the info is correct. No email was sent out by the embassy and she has not yet received a text from 2go.

May your visa journey be smooth and speedy.

Sometimes it just doesn't pay to get up early. I got the email from USEM at 0700 telling us that the visas were forwarded to 2Go.

My fiancee called them and was told to call the main 2Go office in Pasay City to see if she can pick them up there. Otherwise, the visas will be sent to SM mall for pickup after 4pm, which means she might not make it back to CFO to get her sticker. She's going to call them when they open at 0900 Friday morning.

Has anyone picked up visas early at the main 2Go office in Pasay City?
