Please guys I need your help. I have a question about IRS transcript. I have already sent all the documents to my husband, but I have a little bit of concern. Because I don't make enough money, I have a joint sponsor. My joint sponsor make $26,666 for the year of 2011, and she has a dependant child plus her husband. So, by counting my husband as the sponsored immigrant, that makes her household members equal to 4. Therefore, she supposed to make $28,812 for the year to meet the poverty income requirements. Because of this matter, she gave me her morgage information to submit as an asset of $15,000. Do you think that would help? I have also attached her IRS transcript for the years of 2009 and 2010 because she had earned more money back then. 2009: she earned $54,000. 2010: she earned $33,000. Based on what i read on the I-864 filling instrustion:

25. Federal Income Tax Information.

You must provide either an IRS transcript or a photocopy from your own records of your Federal individual income tax return for the most recent tax year. If you believe additional returns may help you to establish your ability to maintain sufficient income, you may submit transcripts or photocopies of your Federal individual income tax returns for the three most recent years.

Please anybody, your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Mrs PJ,

There is a small note on the lower right corner of I 864 form one page 5 which states as .” The total value of all assests, line 29 must equal to 5 times ( 3 times for spouses and children of USCs, or 1 time for orphans to the formally adopted in the U.S) the difference between the poverty guidelines and the sponsor’s household income, line 24c”

So, what I understood, if the annual gross income of the sponsor is less than the poverty guide line …. Then sponsor can use his assets to meet the requirements of poverty level. For example if the difference between the sponsors total gross income and poverty line is $3000 than sponsor has to declare assets worth of $15000 (5 times) for the spouse and children of permanent resident.

I think this might help you and also tell your spouse about it, so,if needed, your spouse can explain it to the C.O

and update us about the interview experience of you spouse ...... ~~~Good Luck~~~

In 2011, PD moved 3 months from July- Aug and 4 months and 8 days from Aug to September 2011.

If DOS does not utilize all available visa for F2A by August, we would see a big jump in September and vice-versa.

no one come before time and no one coming late...... after Aug VB im sure we cant change system with our voice

What do you think about this???

This is good, maybe we all should write a comment on this and support the idea. I saw only 3 comments there... If there is a lot of comments on that article, maybe it can attract other politicians to deal with this issue....
