thank you, but I hope I have my GC without a second interview since during the first time it is approved. They couldn't print the card because of the retrogression. Hope that when my PD becomes current they just mail the card to me.

you have already been called to interview?

Last year... good old days before the retrogression. My PD was current for 2 months. I submitted all my documents and the case was completed before the retrogression but unfortunately, the interview date was after the retrogression.

I think you might still need to submit updated documentation... However, I don't know if you need to attend an interview for this or can do everything by post.

Edit: It looks like you will be able to do everything by post - see this thread (Zubi is the VJ member who had the interview before retrogression but then her application got stuck because she had to file a waiver):

In a later thread she mentioned that she received a call saying that she could pick up her passport with the visa.

Thank you so much for sharing this with me! It sounds reasonable. Looks like I need to take a day off from work and have to pay for the med exam again :(

Edit: I am wondering about the biometrics though. If they ask for updated med exam they should also ask for updated biometrics since it's expired too. To be able to have the biometrics, I need to have an appointment long before the interview date.
