f2a visa prediction september

one question.last 3months i was contact on skype with my wife. no contact on mobile.i have not telephone bill for reletion proof.any solution?

Just print the call history of your skype acc. Consul knew that the world is evolving. Goodluck!

FYI- I have never used skype to chat with my spouse, never sent e-mails and only wee thro gmail/yahoo messenger video. The only record I've is is my telephone bills.

So it does not matter which evidence you have. one type of evidence is more than enough to prove the relationship is legitimate and it is continuous.

Also I believe your spouse must have added you in to her Tax returns.

Also I have not heard, especially from F2A, how much attention whether COs at consulate pay at these kind of documents.

I hope I am not wrong that VFS in india do not take these documents except those specified in Packet 4- someone experienced can shed light on this.

i think you should take print of all record i.e. history record

and your emails or other way of your contacts..

even you don't have records but if your wife is calling you from US then she can help you in creating this record..

so ask her if she could do..

i know that but reletion proof is nessesary for spouse visa how are you contact with your spouse?and vfs not accept any proof like photos.bills.marriagecard.
