Please don't say retrogression without any logic. Do you guys see any reason to have retrogression again ? This is the last month of the fiscal year and they have to finish all the unused numbers. And in October bulletin they will bring the cut off date back to August 2010 which is the cut off date before retrogression in Jan 2011. Let's be positive.

I called NVC to ask about my progress and my Intrw. They were very rude... they said it may get done soon and it may get done later... it may retrogress Considering worse case scenario ... it may take 8 more months...

Unless you upgrade to IR1 recently, why on earth were you calling NVC regarding your interview With PD NOV 2010 for a F2A case?

Don't throw the word retrogress/retrogression around here without FACTS, it's a very sensitive and depressing word for those who's patiently waiting for the spouse F2A case to become CURRENT!

Do not worry about that. No one knows anything. People just make statements. I do not believe there will be another retrogression any time soon.

Yes, agree. Just a request to everyone to do not post the standard answers from NVC here. It can make the matter worse for someone. Obviously, for NVC the current bulletin is July (F2A with PD 15Feb2010). They won't be looking at Aug bulletin until August 1st. If you are expecting them to tell you right now for Sept predictions then you are wrong. If the interviews are scheduled then only they will be able to inform you. Otherwise they will ask you to call after a month or so.

If you get your interview scheduled then post it otherwise, be patient and do not disappoint others just because you got the standard answers from NVC. It's nothing new.

My sister's PD is septemer13,2009 and still we didn't recieve interview letter. We have same priority date but I recieve mine last May4 and I have now my visa.

Sorry to say that maybe she has some problem with her case. My friend also hed same problem.his lawyer call them and got answer that they again investigatin his case because of some very minor problem wich he got before.thats why his case take to long because of some small problem wich some people having in the past but never imagine that. In your sisters case maybe something else,because how come you got it she is not,or antill now everyone got there visas and interviews but your sister not.logically its not possible,otherwise they weren't jump antil 15March 2010.

Its kind of like, when you applying for USC all processes going very smoothly, but when you having some problem, end of last process like getting certificate, sometime you dont receive letter to go get it. Because last time they running background check about you and findings something and you getting delay or never becoming USC because of that problem,wich one could be serious but we never think about it

friends be positive. we have still 10 to 15 days for our I/l..

be positive friends!!! we are going to re unite with our love ones very soon...

if we think positive,, so it is possible to wait for more days but with negative thinking, it is harder to pass a single day also..

we will get our i/l very soon FOR SURE.......

yes no retrogression more becuse we know before 15 march10 pepole recived her/his interview letter.i think nvc release letter between 30july to 03august.be positive guys.
