I find goatee beards indescribably annoying - in fact I find them obscene

I think this follows an incident when one of my colleagues grew one and the sergeant said "If you put a pair of knickers round that, I could quite fancy it"

I would love the opportunity to kneel and execute anyone sporting one of these

Is there a chance that South Carolina might pass such a law ?

If they do, I would turn religo-nut, forget all my education, unlearn English , and move there
