DS-156 online HELP Duplicate headers received from server

I can't create another bar-code, by submitting ds-156 again as for the first one was frozen so I had to cancel after created. Now I fill out a second time but this time I get this msg:

Duplicate headers received from server

The response from the server contained duplicate headers. This problem is generally the result of a misconfigured website or proxy. Only the website or proxy administrator can fix this issue.

please help... or should I call state dep? or who to call?

This is the server that the form is located on that is having a problem

Unless you have access to their internal IT team, there is nothing you can do. Errors like this are likely caused by the server being busy.

You cannot do anything but wait for a bit.

Thank you so much. Actually i cancelled everything I fill-out again and gave me this error:

then I upgraded my adobe and did it again on EI, and I was able to see the PDF now it seems to me that once submitted the copy the 1st time the info would stay on the server, if I do it a 2nd time or a 3rd time or 4th time it would pull out the same pdf and bar-code number with the info in it, cool just to make sure I will try it again..AAHH!!! if I get a different bar-code then I should use the new one. What do you think?

In my line of work, usually it's the PICNIC or ID-TEN-T error.

I am not computer literate and am confused.

use different browser use higher version of Explore or Safari, before i can't even open ds-156 but now in 1 day i can open it as many as i want you can download safari for free good luck

I used IE (Internet Explorer) I don't remember what version but it has to be pretty updated one, also make sure you have a newer version of adobe reader then you can save it or print it into a pdf file then copy to a memory stick or email it to your email then go to a place where they have printer and print it good luck

No, the bar code will not be the same, as the bar code contains the information that you add on to the form; therefore, if you changed/corrected the information by generating a second form, the bar code will be different than the first one.

Use the one with the correct information and toss the other one. The entire corrected form with the bar code generated for that new form.
