OK, here is my polished/updated list:

GC - photocopy of both sides

N-400

Passport pics (x2)

Money order

Husbands U.S. birth certificate and first page passport copy (to prove that he is an American)

Marriage certificate - International version (I am going to underline the English translation so they know it has been "translated" already.) It is almost 6 years old. :D

Tax transcripts for the last 3 years (I also have the account transcripts, and although they do not ask for any, I might add them because they actually show that we do not owe anything. Just made up my mind.)

Other documents that prove our relationship:

AR-11 and husband's notification that he got from USCIS when we reported the address change

Lease for our apartment (2009-2011)

Payment receipt of our rent showing both of our names

Renter's insurance policy showing our names again

Saving's account information showing that it is a joint account

Driver's licences (to show the address again)

And that would be all :)

for now

Sound nice to me :)

Now,Once you are ready, you send USPS or Fedex if you choose to, beaware that you use different address for Fedex, UPS or DHl rather than this one for USPS (I noticed but not sure that these ones send via Fedex or generally courriers are a little bit faster than these one sent via USPS), I think but I am sure that the fact that less people send using the couriers make these centers less loaded and faster in processing..uhm, we will never know for sure though...

Also, do not forget to put you A # on the back of the check ), you might also fill form G-1145, so they notify you of acceptance once they enter your case in the system.

Good luck:)
