DS-156 FORM created a bar-code created a PDF file, but when trying to print into pdf or save into a pdf "Save As Dialog freezes" win7.

I couldn't even see the number of the barcode as my Save As Dialog froze up.

Will it be ok to cancel all create another code and re do the whole thing? or do I have to call state department

The information you enter in the form is not sent to the DoS or the consulate or anywhere. You can refill the form and print it out as many times as you need to.

Thank you so much, so I'm just gonna cancel all then.

Yes, once the bar code is generated, I believe you are able to save it and print it later. My husband had no working printer at his house when he filled his out and was able to save it with the bar code and get it printed at a printer shop near his home.
