Ok so hubby wants to start work (has a job offer) as good as straight away when he gets to the states. We have been approved our visas and they are arriving next week. Do we have to apply for an EAD then or at POE? This will be dublin by the looks of things.

Can you apply for jobs with just the visa in passport??

Sorry but I am clueless!

AP/EAD Approved: April 29, 2013 | Card Received: May 6, 2013 | AOS Interview Appt.: May 16, 2013 - Approved Review Card Received: May 24, 2013
