PLEASE ADD ANYTHING IF I AM MISSING ANY DOCUMENTS TO CARRY AT THE INTERVIEW TIME:

Below, I lined out the items you absoulutely, positively DO NOT need. It's always good carry relationship evidence along with required documents to an interview but it is absolutely unnecessary and pointless to carry fluff pieces as it does not help you in any way, shape, or form; plus, a CO would never ask to see such pieces.

I included a short explanation next to the items I lined out as to why you don't need them.

  • Copy Interview letter with NVC email
  • Copy of NIC - NADRA
  • Copy Form G325A - Biographic Information - Only needed if the beneficiary's form that submitted to USCIS was not signed, otherwise, this is an unneeded item.
  • Copy Form G28 (Those who have appointed lawyre) The CO conducting the interview will not care if a lawyer is representing you or not.
  • Copy Form I130 This is only needed for USCIS, not an interview at the Embassy or Consulate.
  • Copy NOA 1 This is your receipt that USCIS received the petition, it serves no other purpose than that.
  • Copy NOA 2 This is your petition approval notice, it serves no other purpose, furthermore, an interview would not even be taking place had the petition not been approved.
  • Copy Urdu Nikkah nama (Marriage certificate in local language)
  • Copy Translated version of Marriage certificate
  • Copy Birth certificate of beneficiary
  • Copy Birth Certificate of Petitioner Embassy will not ask to see it.
  • Copy Wedding cards and photographs of all the occasions (just keep few ones do not take the whole bunch)
  • Copy Boarding pass of honey moon tickets and honey moon, other family dinners after wedding (just keep few)
  • Copy Form DS 230
  • Copy Money orders (if yoy get money from your petitioner)
  • Copy Gifts reciepts (like on valentines, birthdays etc)
  • Copy Chating history (dont keep the whole bunch, just take few pages of different chatting box or messengers like msn, google, whats app, viber, skype)
  • Copy Ph call history (you can take a recent one)
  • Copy Tax returns of petitioner
  • Copy Exit / entry of petitioner in your country after wedding
  • Copy of AOS
  • Copy Medical sealed enveloped
  • Copy USPS or tracking recipts of sending different docs to NVC or USCIS The relevant entity received the needed documentation, this is nothing more than a fluff piece that does nothing to help your case.
  • Copy Police clearance

Hi everyone.

Thanks for posting, so I need to bring to embassy our marriage certificate but in my case translate to english? Original is in spanish. And What about affidavit of witness?

Thanks for the help.

I'd like to create a world with you, where flag, nation, borders, race or destiny would have the same meaning to us.

i was just gonna look for some ideas to find the best way to compile my documents, man i'm so nervous :crying::wacko:

i'm using a folder with dividers, looks exactly like this: http://image.made-in-china.com/2f0j00weHtCidqwDkJ/Conference-File-with-Dividers-Expanding-File-YH-47-.jpg

so i put each document to it's own place. is there a "rule" that we have to put Original Document (FIRST) , then Photocopy (SECOND) then Translations (THIRD)? or can we just put them the way we like it? as long as we arrange/prepare them neatly?

can some1 share? thanks
