Parent 70 Plus age - Police certificate

Hi All,

My friend's mom is 72 yrs old. Has visited the US many times

She has lived in 2 different states in India( New Delhi and Haryana ) since the age of 16 but lived in New Delhi for last 30 yrs.

Does she need a Passport police clearance certificate from both states or just New Delhi is enough.

Also she is at NVC stage. Can she adjust status in the USA? and submit Adjustment of status application to NVC??

or is it too late and she will have to do an interview in new delhi

#1 - Delhi PCC from PSK would be enough.

#2 - I am not sure about AOS, but since her case is at NVC stage, at this point, interview should be within 2 months.
