NVC case number

Hi vj members.. I just called to the NVC and at last they received my case yesterday. I asked for my case number but they still don't have my case number there. My question is how long does it take to input my case number to their system?? Thanks Guys :)

CR-1 Visa

USCIS (147 days)

12/19/2011: Sent I-130

12/20/2011: NOA1

05/23/2012: RFE Recieved

06/06/2012: RFE Sent

06/12/2012: NOA2

NVC

07/02/2012: NVC received

07/13/2012: Case number/IIN

07/13/2012: DS-3032 sent

07/20/2012: DS-3032 resent

07/20/2012: Paid AOS

07/23/2012: AOS bill shows PAID

07/25/2012: DS-3032 Accepted

07/30/2012: AOS package sent

07/30/2012: Received Acceptance of DS3032 again

08/01/2012: IV bill

08/03/2012: IV bill shows PAID

08/04/2012: IV package sent

XX/XX/2012: Case complete

XX/XX/2012: Interview scheduled

US Embassy

XX/XX/2012: Embassy received

XX/XX/2012: Medical

XX/XX/2012: Interview

XX/XX/2012: Visa in hand

XX/XX/2012: POE
