to everyone, thank you for the kind words. i feel loved by my family and from all of you. today is our wedding anniversary and i took a leave from work because my mind and heart's exhausted.

a military helpline agent from the USCIS is actually giving me informations, he said that since i am still on conditional status, i have to file for my ROC and i can do it anytime (as soon as i have his death certificate) and when ROC is removed i can go file for my naturalization right away or do both at once. he said he will get back to me with more information if its possible to file for naturalization from the conditional green card.
