Hi everyone! I hope you are all doing great =)

I won the DV lottery 2013 and am currently filling out forms DS-230 (Part I and II) and form DSP-122.

Since this is an important step in my application, I would really appreciate it if you cold help me with filling the form out correctly .

I have listed my questions below starting with Form DS-230 Part I and II.

Form DS-230 Part I

Question 10 - Is it obligatory to answers this question? What if I am not sure where I am going to live? How will my answer affect my chance of receiving a visa?

Question 11 -

Again is this question obligatory? Although I am in the US now, I am going to choose Consular Processing for obtaining my Green Card by going abroad for the interview. So will the Green Card still be mailed to a US address? Or will it be given to me at the consular office where I was interviewed? And if this question is obligatory, can I use mail forwarding service? What if I do not know anyone in the US with a permanent address that I could use here? Can I use mail forwarding services?

Question 12 - Present occupation - I am on a J1 Work and Travel Program in the US. So do I put student or cashier (my present summer job)?

Question 15 - On this question when filling out the form using Adobe Acrobat I cannot put "N/A" on some date fields that are not applicable to me. Can I just fill in the form manually?

Question 22 - On this question there is not enough space for address.

Question 29 - List of children - I do not have any. Do I put "N/A" only on the top rows of each column, or do I fill out the entire table with "NA"s?

Question 30 - "List below all places you have lived for at least six months since reaching the age of 16, including places in your country of nationality.

Begin with your present residence."

- Do I need to begin with my present even if less I have been there for less than 6 months?

- Do I list the places multiple times if I have resided in those in an interrupted manner?

Question 32. List below all employment for the last ten years

- Do I list all employment or only those that satisfy certain criteria?

Question 35 -- what is DHS "A" number?

-- Can I provide multiple locations for a single visit?

-- Do I type "still here" for my last visit or just "NA" in the "From - To" field?

Question 39. Name and Address of Petitioner - who is the Petitioner?

Question 44. "Were you assisted in completing this application? Yes No

(If answer is Yes, give name and address of person assisting you, indicating whether relative, friend, travel agent, attorney, or other)"

Should I put your details?

3) Current mailing address give any change

-- Do I provide possible future address changes, along with my current US address? I am planning to leave US (I am on J1 visa here) and to continue with consular processing.

6) Education.

I have HS diploma and currently I am on my junior year at college. I will have my college degree in 2 years, hopefully. So do I mark "College No Degree" or "HS diploma"?
