Salam everyone ,

I just call to us embassy in Islamambad I talk to guy about my passport exires on Dec 12 2012, I just told him to send my old passport .. so i can apply for new passport , he said they will send me passport in 3 ..5 ... days from SpeedX Office .. Can I Send my new passport to us embassy or they will tell me when my case is complate ...they will send me email or call me for my new passport ? please someone tell me that Thanks everyone ..

I pray to allah to help everyone with this Horrible process ... Inshallah soon we all will get out from that processsa ...

Interview in us embassy 19 Decmember 2011.. since I am in ap.... for 7.... now....

I would definitely go ahead and get a new passport as it takes more time than getting a new PCC if they ask for that. That was a wise decision on your part...

As for sending it back ... not 100% sure... you can call them and ask about it or you can hang onto it and when they request it you will know something's happening soon.. Hopefully somebody else who had to do this will respond to what they did ...

08/19/2013 Received NOIR to respond by 9/18/2013

9/9/2013 Responded to NOIR/USCIS received documents awaiting response

9/20/2013 USCIS reaffirmed sent to embassy

1/04/14 Case opened for review

8/31/15 Interview- no questions visa approved on the spot

9/8/15 visa status issued

9/10/15 visa received

9/19/15 POE Charlotte
