applied for CR-1 Visa back in April, and I am seeing that the NOA-2 approvals are taking about 6 to 7 months nowadays, so, I supposed our process will get to its conclusion around October/November timeframe, if there are no delays.

So, the question here is, at what point should I start to get worried ? Is there a number I can call to get current status, of whether it is into some review form, OR, just wait unti lit gets approved/delayed, and only after that, need to start communicating, so that my spouse can receive the packet abroad ?

Cheers,

Hey my hubby said to have your hubby email Solo so he can give him some info on anything he has coming up. Divine said he would like to talk to him as well. Solo's email: comeintomyheartforever@yahoo.com Yeah, you may just want to copy and paste that email to your husband!

Check your timeline at the bottom of the page it will give you an estimated date of completion at the USCIS...if you don't hear anything by that date, you should start calling!

ooooo yeah it does........ i feel to light now cos the stress was weighing me down seriously no0pb.gif

Funny about that. The week prior to my NOA2 I stepped on scale and to my horror it said I gained 9 lbs.no0pb.gif Like no way how can that be. One week later at 12:29am Friday night I get the text than email you are approved. I weighed myself and was 7 lbs lighter than I was the day before. Like all that stress weighed that. Cuz I tell you when I picked up my phone and saw that, read the email than logged on just to make sure I wasn't losing my mind it was like the air being let out a balloon.

Now I have a whole new stress level and NVC. hehewow.gif
