Do you have tax returns (transcripts), any utility bills? If you worked, W2s should show your address. You say that you did not have anything joint till Jan 2011, but do you have anything after? Bank accounts? Lease? Any kind of insurance? How about greeting cards from friends or family? Any photos? These are only some ideas.

i have joint lease joint bank statements tax transcripts and utility bills but from jan 2011.no cards or photos.

I don't think they care for cards or photos at this point. I am simply going to take what is asked of me in the interview letter. Not going to bother with wasting my time over collecting stuff that has already been sent. To me, my accounting degree at this point is more important and ill be right near my term finals. I would suggest don't get paranoid with the documentation. Stick to the basics, like original passports, birth certificates, drivers license, and any pending tax transcripts. That is all, I am carrying.

But you said that you did remove conditions and had no issues, right? I suppose you had some kind of documents when you did that? Don't you at least have three years of tax returns? The thing is, they may or may not ask for the additional evidence. I just suggested photos or cards, but it is true what PathaN says that most people do not use these at this point. I got the interview letter asking for just a few things, but there was also that additional list of documents (N-something)they attached, which by the way looks obsolete, but do I dare to gamble? Not really.

My wife had her oath ceremony this morning. We're done!!!

Congratulations!

I am submitted my application on July 7th, had my FP on August 8th. Received YL on August 28th. It has been more than 6 weeks without any further notice. Should I be worried? Should I hire a lawyer to inquire about my case because even the tier 2 level customer service has not been helpful?

Wow, wow....Hold your horses.....No need to throw in a lawyer who is only going to milk you of your precious $'s. You see to be well within your timeframe. My timeline is somewhat similar to yours and I didn't even get the YL. And, I am not expecting anything anytime soon either. USCIS seems to be lagging behind. You never know, they might be busy with election workload of some sort. If you dont hear anything soon, then wait for your 90 day period and then file an e-request or place a service request. At this stage, you should stay as far away from lawyers as much possible. Good Luck.

You should not worry at all. Sometimes its very quick. Sometimes it takes long time. I got my interview letter after 5 weeks. So it is normal for your case. You can inquiry online. Their is one option when you log into your account. Phone call never helped me. If you do a inquiry online, they send you a letter in the mail. :)
