I am all set to send out my application tomorrow. I have a question though. Can your application be rejected if the photo's to be attached arren't according to the specifications? I had taken passport size pictures for some other purpose and had a few extra lying around that I decided to attach to the application. They seem to be what have been asked for. If not accepted, will I be asked for them later or should I expect my application back.

Secondly, how soon should I expect a Bio date? Am applying from New York.

i had seen some question which are asked more frequently then other questions such as (but i recommend to learn them all)

When was the declaration of independence signed?

Name one of the Longest Rivers in the US?

How many years does the president serve in office?

Who is the speaker of the house?

Who lived here before the europeans arrived?

What do we call the first ten ammendments?

Written Test:

The capital of United States is Washington.

Oral Test:

What is the capital of United States?

Civic Test:

1. What is the declaration of Independence signify?

2. Who is in line next after President & Vice President if they are no longer capable?

3. How long is the term of a senator?

4. Name one branch of the government?

5. Who makes the federal laws?

6. How many justices are in Supreme Court?

1. If both the president and the vice president can no longer serve, who becomes president.

2. What does the president's cabinet do?

3 . How many justices are on the Supreme Court?

4. We elect a US senator for how many years?

5. What did the declaration of Independence do?

6. Name one branch of the government .

i would recommend that you get the picture as required , you don't want them to send it back , its only 10 dollors don't make any mistakes ....:)

As my naturalization is marriage based, will my US spouse have to accompany me for the interview or can I go alone. The reason I am asking is because usually the interviews are conducted early in the morning and I don't want to disturb my kids from their sleep and if its unnecessary, I would rather go alone than take the whole cavalry with me.
