I would heartly appreciated your responsed . I already check wht t are documents to be submitted to NVC after NOA2 but i want to make it sure that I am gather correct documents.

For petitioner:

Do Original Birth Certificate is needed?, Police record? and aside from this what are those documents.

These two links will give you a complete info about entire NVC process for IR1/CR1 visas.

Beneficiary (i.e. Principal Applicant) provides certified birth certificate and original Police CC not the Petitioner (i.e. Sponsor) in IV package.
