I'm sorry! That blows! It seems like they really go by no specific rules when processing cases - I did get a similar letter saying they are sorry for the delay and then maybe a seperate letter approving our petition.

Hang in there and they will eventually get back to you!! If the e-request was filed online with no errors, you can at least be reassured that your case is in fact in the system somewhere - otherwise you would've not been able to file

-I did ERequest online 2 times

-I called USCIS and talk with level 2 office (on hold 1hour and 20min) he give me email to follow up with CSC

-I emailed CSC officer reply my case was no there and I should contact Baltimore,MD office witch sent me letter after E-request,and I should call USCIS to get contact for Baltimore office

-I called USCIS and ask for imigration officer after 2 hours on hold somebody pick up the line, he didnt have email for baltimore,md office. He told me I should send letter to Baltimore address and follow up

Letter to USCIS any suggestions would be great.

-And he give me phone number for DHA obudsman and he suggest I should call that number for help.

-He didnt one more request and i should get reply by Auguts 14th

-I made infopass appt few days ago...

Today I had Infopass appt and I just waste my time :(

I ask to get something to extend my status , he told me I should bring my passport and they could stamp it.

I can't find my passeport and I need few months to get new one, I had 2 passport photos as somebody told me to bring with me and i asked to get I-94....

He told me I am not elegable to get i-94 only refugies can get I-94?!

this guy at Immigration was some young kid and I am not sure he know all regulations....

So I called USCIS few times I did Infopass, I sent email to CSC and still no luck...

What other options I have? What should I do?

I even send overnight follow up letter to Baltimore,MD office... because they reply on my 2 e-requests

Does anybody had similar sitiation? What should I do?

Im in the same boat as you. I have info pass appointment next week to get status extended. I have called so many times. They have done two request and still havent heard anything. All i know is that my case is back at the local field office and im hoping I get the approval soon. I have my N-400 all ready to be sent out.

So I still havent heard anything. I decided to send in my N-400 today. Hopefully this will make them proceed with my case. Anyone else from July still waiting ?
