You should call them and see if you can get any info from them. I would still wait a little longer, there are still plenty of people that filed in July that haven't heard anything including me. We must all suffer together.LOL

I called few times but they couldnt help me....

I didnt even got RFE...

Should I do infoPass?

Has anyone tried the e-request? https://egov.uscis.gov/e-Request/Intro.do%C2'>

No need to deal with pesty call center lines and prewritten scripts ranting33va.gif

Put in the request - got an answer within two weeks max. - Worked out perfectly for us!

Oh weird. I had originally included the link to the e-request website on uscis.gov but it disappeared!

Well this is it https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do

I simply filled out the form using the case number on the initial NOA I believe and they sent us the approval within just a few days/two weeks?

Don't know how well this works with RFE cases but why not give it a shot right?

Good luck!!

FYI this is my RoC timeline

2012-07-19 I-751 sent

2012-07-23 I-751 NOA I

2012-08-30 Biometrics appointment

2013-03-25 E-request filed

2013-04-04 Card Production ordered

For some reason when I do the e-request it say my receipt number doesnt match the form number and it doesnt give you the option for CRI89.

I had the same thing happen - I called the National Benefits Center and this super grumpy woman I believe said I should use the case number of the very first NOA letter received (from July 23, 2012). This number is different from the Biometrics letter number so double ckeck you're using the right number and you should be able to select CRI89. good.gif

I've never tried, but why don't you select I751?

When I select I751 it says it doesnt match my receipt number

I'm sorry! That blows! It seems like they really go by no specific rules when processing cases - I did get a similar letter saying they are sorry for the delay and then maybe a seperate letter approving our petition.

Hang in there and they will eventually get back to you!! If the e-request was filed online with no errors, you can at least be reassured that your case is in fact in the system somewhere - otherwise you would've not been able to file

Good luck! good.gif
