•Copy of IRS tax transcript (2010, 2011)

•Birth Certificate for our daughter

•Birth Certificate for our son,

•Copy of Medical and Dental Insurance

•Copy of Auto insurances

• Copy of electrical and cable bill

• Copies of driver’s license

• Joint bank account statement

I ordered my tax transcripts on 7/10 and they arrived today 7/16 so I would just request them from irs.gov just to be sure it is what the government sees as "official".

Waiting on affidavits from people - one step at a time.

Hi All,

If someone could answer this question for me i would really appreciate it. We changed our address about three weeks before we filed the I-751 and when we filled out the form we put the new address, my question is will they go by the address on the form or use the old address from past filings? Very worried right now about this.
