I got a good news today that my card production is ordered. On January 29th we ordered production of your new card.

I got RFE on Dec 17 and I send the evidence on January 24th. Thank you so much god and you people as well. Specially lilacviolets. God bless you all and good luck hope to see you guys in naturalization process.plz update my info.

Got a question. When you got approved and went online to check it did they update the stage or highlighted decision circle there?

I got something like this - - - - -On February 27, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283. But none of the circle is highlighted. So i dont know what that means for me.

In my case it did change to the post decision activity. But you don't have to worry congratulations on the green card it will arrive in a week. Hopefully

Its in initial review since August of 2012. For me Im having financial problems so I won't be able to apply for naturalization . I'm sooo depressed Obama messed me up. Lmao. Anyway only 1 approved from VCS. May God speed this process fast!!

First, I wish good luck to all waiting applicants. My wife is also in the same boat like the other July fillers. We have not got any update yet on her case and the service center is VSC.

I have a different question for you. How many months you should be physically present in the US to apply for the citizenship ? I know for people who got their GC thru lottery, min. requirement is 30 months but how about people who got their GC thru the marriage ?

hold on a minute i have been married over 3 years i m married 2009 but it took forever me to get in to USA bec of uscis process ( im married in my country)and now march 12 i m going to send the package of ROC

all i know is that i did not know untill i found it out which was late that if i have been waited to arrive to usa one more month than my POE time i would get 10 GC it was true? bec i already was waiting in my country to get approved then we almost had our 2nd anniversary

so a question am i able to apply for citizenship even i m not done ROC yet lol )

You can apply 90 days before the 3 year anniversary of your GC (not your marriage).

You can file for citizenship 3 years after the date on your green card. You can apply up to 89 days before the third year anniversary date on your green card. You can't file for a U S Passport. You get that after you become a U S citizen.
