New Bio appointment scheduled and added to list! Funny thing is Andrew could have made our 8/24 appointment since baby came two weeks early!:) Born 8-10-12! But it will be nice to get this part over with since I now know we are moving from Seattle to Maryland in October!

Decided to take half of the day off yesterday to go with my wife to her biometrics appointment. Her schedule was at 2pm and we got there 10 mins early.

To my surprise, out of the 50 seats in the room, 49 were empty!!! -- so needless to say, it was quick and easy... we were in and out in 15 minutes. :D

I'm pretty sure they would gladly take walk-ins there -- Pomona ASC :thumbs:

Finally got my NOA 1. Postmarked 8/20. Received 8/22. Well according to them, it's a copy of the notice they sent which I never got. So I'm just happy to get my one year extension. It took me two service requests for them to finally send me my NOA1. So to all those who still haven't gotten theirs, calling works.

Decided to take half of the day off yesterday to go with my wife to her biometrics appointment. Her schedule was at 2pm and we got there 10 mins early.

To my surprise, out of the 50 seats in the room, 49 were empty!!! -- so needless to say, it was quick and easy... we were in and out in 15 minutes. :D

I'm pretty sure they would gladly take walk-ins there -- Pomona ASC :thumbs:

Thanks for the info! That is the same location where we will have our bio on the 31st! (..also the same one we had our previous bio appt a couple years ago. I think it was pretty empty back then too)

We would do ours early, but I am concerned that it would actually mess things up and prolong the process (possibly by not having our paperwork/info there and ready when we get there, something geting lost, mixed-up, ...etc.)

Hi nnnickusa, when is the Receipt Date on your NOA letter? I think 7/11 is letter received date?

Or did you send from overseas and the date is little later from others? That will explain N/A Bio date??

We did the biometrics today. Our appt was for 10, we got there about 9:10, had to wait about a few minutes, but were out by 9:50 am. The office (Houston) wasn't swamped, but steadily busy. Now the long wait begins . . . bleh! :blink:
