Hello Everyone,

I have updated my dates in the excel below.

Strangely I have received the Biometrics appt letter for 08/20/12 But I have not received NOA1 yet.

What should I do? It is already 18 days from filing.

I tried going today for the fingerprinting :-( but was rejected , they said people are abusing the procedure by coming earlier, so please come on the day of your appointment. :(

Hmm... Maybe they are still judging(?) if your fee waiver is acceptable or not...? As I recall, nobody stated as fee waiver case in recent monthly filers thread here. So I don't know how it will be processed... (BTW, I still don't understand your timeline... POE 05/18/11 and ROC this timing...?)

Sorry to hear that you still haven't received anything. When I saw that you posted I was hoping you got your NOA today. Did you file with VSC or CSC. Your profile say VSC but the list have you in CSC. Hopefully you get something soon because i'm 2weeks behind you.

Hello friend of the forum, I'm very worried about my process , I sent my package on july 12 and I haven't received anything yet , no NOA1 or BIOS, please can somebody advise me what to do, cause its very frutating not knowing what to do in this situation. Thanks in advance

Has your check been cashed, or did you send a cashier's check? How did you mail your information in?

Married: 01/02/09

I-130 filed: 11/06/09

NOA1: 11/13/09

NOA2: 02/11/10

NVC received: 02/18/10

Ok disregard that question. I was looking at the wrong name....long day

but on another note... You said you choose mean tested benefit they say thats you approved if you provide the evidence. I choose hardship due to my many bills and my wife can't find a job and haven't worked in two years.

06-15-2010 Contact USCIS and congress office to see about the requested expedite

06-16-2010 Email from CRIS says application is pending expect and decision in 60days

06-17-2010 Email from USCIS stating RFE sent on 06-17-2010 for AOS

06-18-2010 AOS, EAD and AP touched but petition hasn't been touched since 05-25-2010

06-21-2010 RFE received (Petitioner's Signature on Joint Affidavit was missing)

06-22-2010 Priority Mailed RFE back to USCIS

06-23-2010 RFE Arrives at PO Box in Lees summit(picked up by USCIS 4:30pm)

Sorry to hear that you still haven't received anything. When I saw that you posted I was hoping you got your NOA today. Did you file with VSC or CSC. Your profile say VSC but the list have you in CSC. Hopefully you get something soon because i'm 2weeks behind you.

Hi,

They received ours on July 13 and i was getting worried as I haven't heard anything back. I finally was able to call and talk to an immigration officer after a tip I got from visa journey. Call the 1-800 number and when it asks you to choose a language, don't press anything. They will think you have a rotary and will transfer you to a customer service agent.

So I finally found out that they just haven't sent my NOA1 or my biometric letter yet. But she gave me my receipt number so I can check the status online. You can try calling them and hopefully they can find out something for you.
