Guys I'm wondering.

When you sent your evidence. Did you send the whole tax return and all pages for other supporting documents?

Because we sent only a few random pages from two tax returns and select pages from our testaments (where our names are and the pages with our signatures).

If we had sent everything, the whole packet would have been a BOOK.

Has anyone done that before and was that fine?

Here is the whole list of what we sent:

• Check for the filing fee under joint checking account with both names

• Copies of select pages from our joint 2010 tax returns

• Copies of select pages from our joint 2011 tax returns

• Copies of last will & testament as well as powers of attorney for each other

• Copies of account information showing joint bank accounts and mutual funds

• Copy of special power of attorney for my wife

• Car title, showing joint ownership of our Nissan Rogue

• Copies of our military IDs showing me as dependent

• Copies of boarding passes for a trip taken together to Europe, to visit my wife’s family

• Copies of Tricare and Metlife bills and notices showing me as the sponsor

• Copy of our latest lease agreement

• Copy of a card sent to us by our car insurance, 21st century with both names as addressees

• Copy of car registration with both names

• Copy of a car insurance policy with both names

• Copy of purchase agreement for our Nissan Rogue showing both our names as buyers

• Copy of a letter sent to us by a salesperson at our car dealership with both names on letter

• Copies of several receipts showing that we get both vehicles serviced at the same dealership

• Copy of life insurance election and certificate from Prudential showing my wife as primary beneficiary

• Copy of my record of emergency data through the US Army showing my wife as beneficiary

• Copies of receipts from hotels we have stayed at together

• Copies of itinerary for a Food and Wine Festival we attended in Atlanta, GA with names on it

• Copies of select energy bills showing both names

• Copy of a customs form from a package my wife sent me while I was deployed

• A few pictures of us and our families together

msd, I ordered a tax transcript from the irs because it is a lot shorter than all the papers I have so I can't say if just sending selected pages would be good or bad. The rest of the list looks like good evidence of you comingling of assets so hopefully all will be well.

I am so happy. I was worried about my DH's ROC package, which I sent out Friday. It finally arrived in Laguna Niguel at the CSC today, July 31st at 10:48 a.m. Looking forward to getting my DH's NOA1. I am sure my NOA1 will be here by next week.

Need to do walk-in app for bio due to expecting our first child born on the 24th which is the day of our app!! Has anyone done their walk-in yet? If so how did it go?
