There was another thread that discussed this today. One person said there were storms in the area that caused the lines to be down. Another person said that Mondays there is heavy call volume ... so just be patient.

I had the same the problem this morning but I was able to get through after trying 10 times and then I was put on hold for 20mins.

I got through no problem. Just wanted to say hi to the nice people and say I know they are busy. She answered my questions and that was that maybe 15 to 20 minutes of hold. I think this will be my new fav number for at least the next month.
