Are you still working on your papers or you have your fiancee's visa approved already? I hope everything turns out great.

We're still waiting on the NoA2. Hopefully our case will be adjucated in the next few weeks as estimated by VJs. I fly back in August in hopes that I can be there for the interview should the process go smoothly. But ultimately I'm flying back to see the love of my life with or without the interview. I'm praying things will be ok. One way or the other we will be together, we figured K1 Visa was the fastest route for us to be together, but if god prefers us to go with plan b(CR-1), then so be it.

It's strange to me why one type of visa is obligated to take into consideration a cosponsor should the documentation be provided while the other is at someone's discretion... When the goal is ultimately the same: to be with the one you love. It's like waiting in line at an exclusive club with the bouncer being able to pick and choose who they believe is worthy of entering based on a discerning eye. I just hope they have 20/15 or better vision :)
