It's getting 1 month 3 days from now since our NOA2 but still no case number yet.. hubby keep calling NVC, sending email but no respond.

do you know if your case is at NVC? if so, then what did they tell you

every time my husband called they answer was only "WAIT"

do you know if your case is at NVC? if so, then what did they tell you

If your case is at NVC then they usually tell you have to wait for another 10 working days for entering your information into their system.

So, if they tell you that they just receive your case, it's good news which means

they will assign your case number within 6-10 days.
