I ordered my last three years (2009,2010 and 2011) IRS transcripts by calling the toll free number. They can able to find only 2009 and 2011. Anyhow, I have the copy of each year's return with USPS (Certificate of Posting) receipt.

Once the transcripts received, I noticed that my 2009 is correct, but in 2011 (year ending), they showed the figures from what I submitted for the year 2010. When I reorder the 2011, I get the same information..

I am really confused on what to do? I am already at NVC stage. Already waited too long and I don't want further delay in submission or processing..... Any advice??? Thanks..

Transcripts make your AOS package processing smooth, because everything is in there and considered as original document.

Otherwise make sure you send all these documents: 1040 + W2s + 1099s + any other income related documents. Make sure Total Gross Income in 1040 matches with all your income related documents for the filled year. I strongly recommend to attach a cover letter in your AOS package to list out all documents you have attached in this package.
