She is scheduled to fly back hom tomorrow, along with a couple of her relatives (who are here on Tourist Visas),,She has been here six months....

Is her valid and active passport with i-94 attached all she will need to successfully board and leave the US?

The airline says ''yes''

Thanks to all of you for your support through this difficult period..

Wait, is she intending to leave for good? Because leaving without adjusting or AP will result in her not being able to return.

Yep, that is all she needs to leave the US. Does she want to re-enter in the near future without having to obtain a visa? Then she needs AP or the GC or she will abandon her K-2 status and her mother will have to petition her to enter the US as a daughter of a LPR and depending on her age may not be elibigle for a very long time. Having a mother in the US may also make in impossible for her to get a tourist visa until married. I find it strange her mother went to all that trouble to include her on the K-1 visa application and she is now leaving after being here for six months.

Good luck,

Dave

thankss, but that link wouldn't open....and no, for everybody who commented or asked, there are no plans to bring the daughter back here. She has plenty of family in her home country that she will live with, and she will be much better off there than here. It's really the best thing for her at this point, although she may not realize it.

The link wasn't for you, it's to your previous post regarding your situation. I posted it for those questioning if she would be returning to the US.

Dave, the issue is that she is fighting with her mother constantly, and generally making our lives unbearable...she is completely uncooperative, and spends most of her free time talking with people (other females!)on the internet, planning to run away from us,,,the situation has really reached crisis mode, and it is best for her to return with her relatives on the same flight,,,she constantly threatens to call the police on her mother and invent a story of abuse when her mother asks to her get out of bed, help around the house, or in any way participate in family life.

I realize that she will later have compications if she trys to return but I simply can't bear the current situation any longer...

Thanks,,,

ok everybody, the daughter is gone, and we we have just confirmed that she is back home, in bed, with her family in her home country..She had threatened to create a scene at the airport and to refuse to board the plane, but she boarded with her grandmother without incident, and she is now back home with the rest of her family...

The obvious question is how long will my wife be able to stand to live without her, and how long will it be before my wife wants to rush back there to deal with whatever crisis the daughter creates?
