what is wrong with CSC?

Does anyone has any idea what is wrong with CSC? VSC is sending petitions to NVC immediately and its taking forever for CSC to send our petitions to NVC :crying: . Even if they are sending them in batches, petitions should be in NVC in maximum 2 weeks if you look at the volume of petitions. Is this some kind of joke with CSC filers?

If its not one thing, it's another. As you know, CSC has been very quick with the approvals, but hen NVC managed to slow to a crawl.

Just keep calling everyday, every chance you get.

I recall their seems to be a cycle some speedup others slow down and always at certain times of the year, I could be wrong though.

From what I've been reading, what CSC lacks in taking a long time to send completed cases to NVC, it makes up for by approving the I-130 quickly. While VSC sends approved I-130s quickly to NVC, they take a while to actually approve those I-130s.

Maybe the post office deserves some of the blame. The approved petitions from CSC have to go all the way to New Hampshire for NVC processing. The post office isn't sending these petitions overnight.

Actually, I would give a lot to know I was approved for the NOA2.

I'm with the others - 2 week delay to NVC after NOA2 beats 2 month delay to find out about NOA2 any day of the week.

Coincidentally, I have the exact same NOA1 date as you do. My prediction for NOA2 is Aug 5 - Aug 12. You really want to trade?

At least you know you got the NOA2.

Hi friends

My case with CSC now is that they're due with the I129F application. So maybe they're backlogged with a lot of petitions. I've seen some I129F applications approved by CSC with the same date of NOA1 though

So I think it's tricky to know what's going on

Just putting things into perspective for the OP. CSC is better than VSC. I didn't say the total waiting times were equal.
